The Alarm.com ADC-V700X outdoor day/night IP security camera is PoE-compatible, allowing it to be powered by the Ethernet cable if connected to the ADC-POE-INJ power-over-ethernet (PoE) injector installed at the network router. When installing the ADC-V700X with this PoE injector, the outdoor security camera’s power socket wire and AC power adapter are not used, since it derives power from its Ethernet connection to the PoE power injector instead. This allows you to run only one wire back from the camera to the router, without worrying about a power cable.
This outdoor day/night wired security camera can be used as a standalone video surveillance system, or it can be integrated with a GE Simon XT or XTi Wireless Security System when you choose GEOARM’s interactive alarm monitoring service. Interactive monitoring with video surveillance allows you to look in live to your property anytime and anywhere as long as you have a web enabled PDA, cell phone, or computer. You also would have the ability to record video whenever an alarm occurs or the outdoor security camera detects motion. Unlike an expensive traditional digital video recorder (DVR) surveillance system which stores its data on site, the ADC-V700X transmits its data to an offsite remote location ensuring the security of your recordings.
The ADC-V700X captures color video at up to 640 x 480 resolution while providing for (0) lux low-light sensitivity and adjustable video motion detection. The wired outdoor security camera is also weatherproof and can operate between -4° and 122° F and up to 90% relative humidity. Unlike the indoor Alarm.com wireless IP security cameras, this wired outdoor security camera does need a hardwired broadband internet connection. (An ethernet cable is not included with this camera.) Plug this outdoor security camera into a standard A/C wall outlet and, with an active hardwired internet connection, you are ready to view live video from anywhere. You also can add a 9′ power extension cable if there isn’t an outlet near where you want to mount the outdoor security camera.

The Image Sensor is a breakthrough product that combines a PIR (Passive Infrared) motion sensor, an integrated still camera, completely wireless communication, and Alarm.com Interactive Services. The Alarm.com Image Sensor offers an entirely new service that is designed to deliver better security through visual verification of alarms and increased engagement through on-demand property views.
The Image Sensor (model ADC-IS-200-LP) is compatible with Simon XTi panels (version 1.0 & up), Simon XT panels (version 1.3 & up), Concord 4.0 panels and requires an Alarm.com module (version 146 & up for XT, 151 & up for XTi, 177 & up for Concord CDMA, 173 & up for Concord HSPA) with an attached Image Sensor daughterboard.
Not only is the image sensor compatible with the wireless GE systems listed above but, it is also compatible with the 2gig go control panel. The only difference in installation is that the you will not need the daughterboard but, you will need to add the 900 mhz transceiver along with the image sensor itself and you will be ready to start capturing images!
