The The Uplink 5100 communicator expands the capability of a dial-up alarm system by transmitting signals over the internet. It is the cost-effective solution where there is broadband service but no analog telephone line to connect to the system. This communicator can be used for retrofits on existing systems, takeovers and new installations. The Uplink 5100 converts the dialer output of your alarm system to an IP signal that can be transmitted securely to an Uplink server. Installation is fast and easy, the 5100 communicator is hardwired between the alarm dialer and the internet service. The 5100 is compatible with virtually all alarm panels and is backed by Uplink’s expert dealer support program.
